   Printer settings are NOT saved between Paradox sessions.  Nor in many cases   
   from one print job to another (clipping setting comes to mind).   
      
   Perhaps you set the default for that printer to duplex, and the worker   
   didn't.   
      
   Printer settings/changes last only thru the Paradox session; as far as I   
   know this applies to EVERY version of Paradox.
