   Basically anywhere in your app but it will of course not have any effect   
   until it has executed. If you use a menu form, a login dialog, or whatever   
   form that is most likely to be opened by your users, you could place it   
   there.

   I can't remember, but I though this problem was on Win2000  as well, but I
