   Yes, Local Share = False   
   BUT   
   per BDE HELP: Set to TRUE if you need to work with the same files through   
   both a BDE and a non-BDE application at the same time.   
      
   My Users DO NOT need to work with a BDE and non-BDE app at the same time.
