   I don't know.  What I do know, is that you won't find one of the   
   experienced users here telling you anything except to set LOCAL SHARE to   
     TRUE and all of them agreeing that unless it's a stand-alone,   
   one-computer system (and sometimes even then), you need to set LOCAL   
   SHARE to TRUE.
