   It may bounce back, but lately there has been more porn posted there than   
   programming/help.  And no one was cleaning up the porn for quite some time;   
   not sure about now.   
      
   There are a few sites that might have stuff; but the most consistent is here   
   and thedbcommunity.com   
      
   And by 'here', I mean the pnews news server, NOT comp.databases.paradox.   
      
   pnews has 10's of thousands of posts about all facets of Paradox (the   
   application), and quite a number of people still giving freely.
