   1) Do you use a german BDE? and which version is your BDE?   
   Do a test by removing aendernzu in changeto   
    | Nr   | Pos                                  |   
    | 092 | >=98, _p, changeto _p+7 |   
   2) Verify you don't have a field checked   
   3) It appears to me you get too much commas in Pos field
