   I believe that is the Toolbar file issue.   
      
   pdx_*.cfg files   
      
   At least 2.   
      
   Search and delete them.  Paradox will recreate next time you start.   
      
      
   You may have to enable 'Show system and Hidden files' before your   
   Explorer will find all copies.
