   Thank you, Bertil, this worked, although I didn't understand the post well   
   enough to tell why the problem occurs.  I hope it will be fixed at some point,   
   though.   
      
   For future reference, the registry key needed is HKEY_LOCAL_MACH   
   NE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.   
    Delete the entry "PdxRegCl."
