   When you installed Access, did you install *everything*?  (it's my   
   habit, when installing software, to install absolutely everything   
   (except the google toolbar) that comes with it, including languages I   
   don't speak...   
      
   The conversion tools / external database drivers may be optional...   
      
   Of course, they may have taken support for Paradox out of 2007 - I'd   
   have to go to work to check that, haven't had a reason to look since we   
   upgraded.
