when I do file open query bulletin query, I get one strip of query directly
   above another--double.

I was wondering if a NEW query would come up double. But, I didn't need
to ask about it, just try it.

So I did file new query create, and it came up single. I gave it the name
Bulletin Query and let the new one overwrite the old.

Now when I open Bulletin Query it comes up single, normal.
