   I believe that is the corrupted 'toolbar' files error.   
      
   Search and destroy pdox_*.cfg files.  You may need to unhide 'files   
   with known extensions' and/or system files in order to find them all.   
      
   You may want to rename them first; I just reverse the last 3   
   characters until I know they are the right files.   
      
   If you have custom toolbars defined you will have to rebuild; toolbar   
   settings will be lost.
