   If this has already been made clear earlier in this thread, I   
   apologize for this question.  The only thing I can think of related to   
   computers for DBA is Data Base Administrator, but that doesn't seem to   
   fit in your sentence.  What is DBA?   
      
   In tax returns, I see "dba" meaning "doing business as", but that's   
   obviously not the meaning here.
