From: michelle@compumail.net              Based on Dominick's original post, I understood it as:              A. Client has Paradox data       B. Client wants to convert that data to Access but doesn't know how       C. No mention was made regarding full OPal systems conversions, so I       didn't leap to that conclusion.       D. The Client is looking to Dominick, not for Paradox experience but       for his expertise in Access       E. His questions were simple and basic.              Having said that, I responded in like. Here are the field types, here       are the common files, etc. If he wants more specifics, than he will ask.              I thought it was very quick for some to assume he was a cheat and a       liar, instead of someone thinking ahead to try and meet a client's       needs. I've tried not to comment on that part of the thread, as it is       neither productive nor helpful. Can we not escalate this any further?              Michelle              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
