   connect to the Paradox tables from Access, in order to grab the data   
   and place into the Access DB?"?   
      
   Not likely knowing the answer is why you shouldn't attempt to get over   
   on the company.   
      
   This question/answer, and several more, will later jump up and grab   
   you if you don't do some intense studying now.  And to do the studying   
   on the company's dime would not be honest, unless you explicitly state   
   what is going on.
