   I am not saying he will fail at the job, just that he is potentially risking   
   not getting the job by misleading/misrepresenting his skillset. He is doing   
   no-one any favours in that approach as he might actually be the best   
   candidate based upon his MSACCESS and other non-paradox experience. As an   
   interviewer, if I think you are lying then your skillset becomes irrelevant,   
   everyone loses in that situation. Its a matter of trust !
