From: michelljb@aol.com              I agree. I've spent 4 years interviewing candidates for my department.        I've hired two out of the 40 or so I've interviewed. Neither of the       two worked out, because they couldn't do what they said they could do.       I've got a new kid working with me now, who is brilliant in computer       hardware, and knows several computer languages. He is picking up       Paradox very quickly. He isn't yet at the level where I will let him       write a new system for the company, but I am impressed so far. He       admitted right in interview that he didn't know OPal, but was familiar       with Paradox. So far he has proven himself. I've given him the benefit       of the doubt, and have not been disappointed.              Of course, I have to admit, I also gave the benefit of the doubt to the       folks I hired before him, only to be disappointed.              This next week is the real test. :) I'm on vacation and will be camping       with my family for 10 days. If he can survive this, then we are good to       go. :)              Michelle              Leslie Milburn wrote:       > "Michelle Burnore" |
