I run Paradox 9, sp3 on Windows XP sp3 and have no problems.

   What are the exact issues?

   Any specific stuff within Paradox?

Or are you saying just having Paradox installed causes Windows to crash?

   OR ??

I run the Web OCX all of the time. And I go into Paradox quite often, just
about every day. No problems I can associate with either Paradox or Windows
(well, Windows, sure, but that is just Widows).
