    is there a problem with directory and filenames using paradox 9 with windows   
   8.1?  I found one reference to such a  problem if the .db file was a pdox 4 or   
   5 type. I think my tables are 7 and up, but when I add the 3rd alias in the   
   alias manager, it    
   crashes paradox and I had to reinstall. I did rename the directory with 4   
   letters.   
      
   I would export my database and import it into access or something, but when I   
   try to do that, I lose all my pictures. my database must have the pictures, or   
   it is useless, so is there some way to get the images ported with the tables?   
   There are too many    
   to try to reenter.
