|    Saving data to dataguard    |

I currently have a dataguard config ( not active ) setup for an oracle 12c       enterprise databse on windows.                     I would like to ensure that any transactional info on the production server is       copied and applied to the standby database before a shutdown.              Are there any steps I need to follow to ensure this or is the dataguard config       enough to ensure this happens automatically?              regards       Chris B              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
