   Excellent experience in CMS.   
   Experienced in Drupal custom modules and resolving Drupal configuration and   
   updates issues.   
   Experience with standard PHP frameworks like Zend, MVC.   
   Good understanding of Design patterns and their implementation.   
   Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment   
   Maintain understanding of current web technologies or programming practices   
   through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional   
   conferences, workshops, or groups.   
   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.   
   3+ years of experience in developing web applications using Drupal, PHP,   
   JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, CSS, and XML.
