   Robert, on the whole, they are not doing damage. The technology is still   
   developing and the development is centralizing. The IT is just like   
   pizza: nobody makes it at home any more. You simply order it from a   
   specialized vendor. Unless the company business is technology, there   
   should be no guys making technology decisions.
