   UX Designer ( User Exeprince Designer IV ), Roswell,GA    
      
   Position Summary:    
   The UX designer will lead the user experience strategy and development for key   
   platforms including Client’s website, distributor portal and mobile   
   applications, as well as other internal-facing systems.    
      
   Responsibilities:    
   • Work with internal stakeholders and external customers across regions to   
   understand their needs and goals when interacting with Client platforms.   
   • Drive a consistent and seamless user experience across Client platforms   
   • Develop personas and use case scenarios    
   • Design and conduct usability testing    
   • Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows    
   • Support the Global Product Owner in the development of functional   
   requirements and feature prioritization    
   • Analyze user feedback and activity to continually optimize user experience    
   • Collaborate with Global User Interface designer in support of delivering   
   an optimal user experience    
   • Benchmark best practices and usability standards    
      
   Qualifications:    
   • BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field    
   • +5 years of UX design experience (B2B preferred)    
   • A strong portfolio of design projects    
   • Proficient in UX design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)    
   • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus    
   • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process    
   • Able to work in a matrix organization driving collaboration across   
   functions    
   • Demonstrative positive energy to effectively represent Client internally   
   and externally    
   • Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication and project   
   management skills    
   • Ability to work independently and complete projects within required   
   timeframes.    
   • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
