The HR        Solution Architect will collaborate with Client global teams to deliver       accurate information to business users while in alignment with the business       solution definition, systems architecture, and development standards for the       organization. This role will        interact with business clients, IT Business Partners, other Integration       TA’s, and the HR IT Application Solutions (ITAS) team members to lead and       participate in the design, development and implementation of global system       integration solutions.        The HR Solution Architect will contribute to the continuous improvement of       technical standards and best practices for all aspects of system integration.        Ongoing Daily Responsibilities:        • Lead and participate in the effort to define and deliver strategy and       architecture for all HR IT Application Solutions (ITAS) services and       capabilities        • Lead and participate in medium to large size projects which may require       new or significantly enhanced IT Applications and/or Integrations        • Effectively manage medium to large integration team of diverse individuals       that are geographically dispersed through entire project lifecycle        • Participate in recruiting efforts to work with manager to onboard       integration resources        • Work closely with manager to evaluate resource demand, project estimates        • Report to manager with updates on issue constraints        • Work independently with a functional team to understand business       requirements and translate into solutions that provide optimal user       experience, particularly related to FOAK deliveries within the Integration       area.        • Evaluate, prototype and propose FOAK solutions to identify new or enhanced       capabilities to assist with deploying business value-driven solutions        • Act as an Integration delivery subject matter expert, providing consulting       to developers globally, and assisting in the resolution of escalated technical       issues within the HR ITAS team. This includes issues such as connectivity       between servers,        security methods used between servers for authentication and authorization,       etc.        • Research vendor releases, with primary focus on integration tools with our       strategic vendors:        o Workday (Workday Studio, PICOF, PECI, Employee Connector, use of Webservices       and SOAP UI … Workday Certified Integrations)        o Mulesoft a plus        • Provide Technical mentoring, as required, to educate and support technical       compliance to standards within the HR ITAS team        Skills / Experience Required        • Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 5-7 years overall experience in HR IT       applications development or consulting related to IT applications development       and System Integration primarily in the Payroll and Time & Attendance       applications        • At least 3 years in technical development and leadership roles on       Integration (API, ETL) projects – demonstrating these types of activities:        Designing and developing APIs from specification to implementation in MuleSoft       preferably        Hands on experience with Workday Integration solutions (Workday Studio, PECI,       PICOF, Core Connectors…Certified Integration)        Designing and developing Data Migration solutions        Managing or coordinating the time and activities of other people and other       groups                • Strong presentation skills speaking to and leading large group       presentations or discussions. (MS Powerpoint and VISIO skills are required)        • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with core Workday HR       functionality in such areas (but not limited to):        Core HR Master Data (Names, Addresses, Payment Elections, Supervisory Orgs)        Custom IDs, Government IDs, National IDs              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
