   •             Mentor junior developers and supervise implementation of   
   designed solution.   
      
       
      
   Experience Required:   
      
   •             5+ Years development experience with a Pega 6.0, pega 7.0 and   
   above   
      
   •             3+ Years development experience with a Java EE architecture   
      
   •             3+ Years designing and implementing high-available,   
   load-balanced, and/or clustered applications   
      
   •             4+ Years working directly with relational databases with a   
   strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling   
      
   •             2+ Years working with web-based applications (JSP, Servlets,   
   HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, etc.)   
      
   •             2+ Years working with web services   
      
   •             2+ Years development experience with Unix-based shell scripts   
      
   •             2+ Years experience in system administration (Unix, Web   
   Servers, CRMS, etc.)   
      
   •             2+ Years experience with multi-threaded applications/components   
      
   •             2+ Years experience with XML   
      
   •             Experience with Ant or Make files   
      
   •             Experience with single-sign-on solutions including LDAP   
   integration   
      
   •             Superior troubleshooting experience   
      
   •             Bachelors degree or higher, Masters degree preferred

   •             Experience in banking/financial industry
