      From: akramrecruiter90@gmail.com              Hi Friends        Kindly share profiles at samuel@eliteitp.com and can reach me at       732-716-3622 EXT:129.              PeopleSoft Financial Aid Module PM              Madison, WI              9-month contract with possible extensions                             The client is seeking one (1) highly motivated and capable person to help       configure our Campus Solution Financial Aid (FA) module to better meet the       client’s business needs. This work includes helping reengineer FA       functionality to reduce        customizations, decrease processing time, and improve day to day service       transactions. This role requires someone with strong experience in FA       day-to-day activities using the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Financial Aid       system and first-hand knowledge of        the regulations and procedures governing the Financial Aid process within the       financial aid profession.                             This is a strategic position that impacts the client’s core student       application and data environment; hence the position has an enterprisefocus.       The position has cross-organization scope within the College and Technology       Services. This position will        work with the Financial Aid Office to assess and document current       functionality of processes, provide recommendations and justification for       improvements, and create, write, and implement new processes and procedures       designed to improve students        experience in working through the Financial Aid cycle. Primary focus areas       are gainful employment, initial awarding and repackaging of Title IV funds,       import and export processes, financial aid term processes, and Satisfactory       Academic Progress. This        position works with teams of professionals to design, develop, and support the       Financial Aid Office and provide guidance to promote and enhance consistency       of services to all students.                             This position will coordinate with CARES Title III Project (CT3 Project) to       help implement new Financial Aid processes into the myRoadmap solution being       developed by the CT3 team to provide transparency in the cost of education at       the college in an        interactive and engaging environment. The goal of the CT3 Project is to move       towards a collaborative enterprise model to create a 360-degree view for our       students through improved collection of data, better analysis, automated       presentation of data to our        students, faculty, and staff, and creating valuable performance measures.                             This position will report directly to the Manager, Student Financial Support       Services. This position will coordinate work with the IT Project Director for       the CT3 Project.                             Core Qualifications:              • Must have solid competency in configuration and implementation of       the PeopleSoft Financial Aid Module              • 6+ years of experience working with an academic institution              • Strong data, application and integration technical skills.              • Strong process definition skills.              • Experience creating workflow diagrams, relationship maps, use       cases, and test plans.              • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.              • Well-developed skills with Visio and Word.              • Experienced working in a deadline-driven environment, handling       and prioritizing multiple tasks.              • Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.              • Excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills.              • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team on complex       tasks.              • Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both       technical and functional audiences.              • Experience with testing, including end-to-end system testing and       user acceptance testing.                             Duties and Responsibilities:              • Reviews analyzes and evaluate Financial Aid business systems and       user needs/requirements              • Assess needs for the application and any required integrations.              • Work independently with staff to assist, guide, and mentor them       to identify solutions.              • Participate as a team member to achieve successful business       process reengineering.              • Communicate status to management and teams.                             Desired Behaviors:              • Proactive – operates with and communicates to all stakeholders       and co-workers              • Meets commitments and is upfront and proactive in communicating       when goals are in jeopardy              • Analyze issues, proposes solutions, and then takes ownership of       the execution of solutions              • Work effectively with a variety of personalities and work styles              • Ability to prioritize issues and resolve them              • Act with integrity at all times              • Work to understands college governance model and operate       effectively within it                             Education and Qualifications:              • An educational background with a Bachelor’sDegree or higher (or       5+ years in Financial Aid Implementation or Process Re-engineering Consultant       role)              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
