   Skills Required:   
      
   6+ yrs. Experience with IBM DataStage   
      
   6+ yrs. experience with DB2   
      
   Collection of requirements; analysis of the raw data; participation in   
   creation of the logical design; work with DBAs on the physical design, code of   
   the ETL process.   
   Experience with DataStage Migration.   
   Ability to work effectively with business users and client to understand and   
   resolve the issues   
   Proficiency in coding moderate to complex SQL logic as part of data extraction   
   processed.   
   Should have in-depth knowledge on DataStage Architecture.   
   Troubleshoot applications problems independently   
   Ability to develop, test and debug ETL programs and resolve ETL job issues.   
   Experience with shell scripting.   
   Support/tuning DB2 databases and application code. This requires understanding   
   of SQL, application architecture, DB2 performance tuning.   
   System testing, participation in UAT and implementation of the process.   
   Ability to write and maintain complex shell scripts
