   Java (Senior Software Engineer)

   2.	Candidate would report to someone from GGK   
   This is for our onsite lead that would interface with GGK offshore team.   
   Role: We are looking for candidates with experience in health care (payer) IT   
   industry for the position of senior software developer who worked in   
   onsite-offshore delivery model.   
   Responsibilities Include:   
   •	Work with client’s IT and business teams to get requirements and work   
   with offshore teams to get the software developed. Provide responses to   
   offshore teams, enable them to deliver without rework.   
   •	Provide architectural and design inputs.   
   •	Convert high level requirements or technical architecture into low level   
   implementation.   
   •	Interpret requirements into application designs   
   •	Deliver the code and the requirement that meets business requirement with   
   standards met.   
   •	Understand the enterprise integration and able to resolve any integration   
   issues.   
   •	Commitment to delivery as per schedule and can take appropriate steps   
   where necessary.   
   •	 Proactive in understanding the client problems, providing suggestions and   
   sharing the information with onsite/offshore managers periodically.   
   •	Provide the status updates of both offshore and onsite to client   
   managers/scrum masters.   
   •	Drive from front in client interactions, business needs, and technical   
   aspects.   
   Minimum requirements:   
   •	Extensive health care payer domain working experience.   
   •	Extensive experience in latest versions of Java, Springboot, Maven,   
   Websphere, Tomcat, Soap services   
   •	Strong in OOPS concepts, architectural & design skills.   
   •	Experience in React JS, Message Queues, DB2/SQL, Jenkins, UCD(Urban Code   
   Deployment), GIT HUB, SSO authentication implementation, Hibernate, Scheduling   
   tools(Zena scheduler)   
   •	Must be proficient in the full development life-cycle.   
   •	Experience in working with Agile methodology.   
   •	Effective communication with client and offshore for better delivery.   
   •	8 + years of IT experience   
   •	Location: Naperville, Illinois
