   JOB DESCRIPTION   
      
   The Organization: The Personnel Cabinet is central HR for KY State Government,   
   an employee-oriented agency known for the great care we take of our nearly   
   45,000 state/public employees in addition to our nearly 200,000 health plan   
   members.   
      
       
      
   The Position: We are looking for a strong Senior SAP ESS/MSS/Portal developer   
   with Fiori experience.   
      
       
      
   Requirements:   
      
   •             ADA Compliance programming knowledge.   
      
   •             Must have a minimum seven years of solid ESS/MSS/Portal (HCM)   
   development experience (ABAP and Java).   
      
   •             Must be able to do independent research to resolve issues as   
   well keep abreast of latest trends and technologies as they relate to the   
   ESS/MSS HCM Portal.   
      
   •             Must have solid working knowledge of primary HCM areas such as   
   Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Benefits,   
   etc.   
      
   •             Hands-on experience with Fiori.   
      
   •             The ability to communicate effectively to both all levels of   
   management, business users, Basis, and the security team.   
      
   •             The ability to react quickly to rapidly changing requirements   
   or late requirements; this is especially true in the months leading up to Open   
   Enrollment in October (July – September).   
      
   •             Attention to detail.   
      
   •             Passion for your work.   
      
   •             A good understanding of SAP security a plus.   
      
   •             FS/CD knowledge a plus.   
      
       
      
   Responsibilities:   
      
   •             Continued development and maintenance of a robust SAP   
   enterprise HCM portal for both ESS and MSS, including Open Enrollment.   
      
   •             Assisting with development across other HCM modules as needed.   
      
   •             Ongoing mentoring to state employee portal developer.   
      
       
      
   Interview Process:  Initial Skype with State Manager in KY, then on-site   
   before they would give offer (we’d need to figure out cost on this)
