    Mandatory: CloudPlatform experience   
       
   Job Description:   
   •	Provide an exceptional on-site customer experience for our clients.   
   •	Daily management and administration of Linux & Windows hosted VM’s   
   •	Administration of KVM, XenServer & VMWare ESX Hypervisors, along with   
   Apache CloudStack management   
   •	Intermediate and advanced support for web & database servers,   
   applications, and end-users   
   •	Support and administration of backup & disaster recovery solutions   
   •	Assist in the maintenance of customer datacenter operations as needed   
   •	Shared responsibility of after-hours on-call duties as assigned   
   •	Support and administration of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop server farm   
      
   Required/Mandatory Skills:   
   •	Ability to use critical thinking and apply to problem solving skills   
   •	Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are a must   
   •	Advanced knowledge of Apache Cloudstack / CloudPlatform   
   •	Intermediate to strong competency with SMTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and FTP   
   •	Intermediate to strong skills with Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP   
   •	Intermediate to advanced LAN/WAN knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities   
   •	Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Windows Server and Active   
   Directory   
   •	Intermediate to advanced Powershell scripting capabilities   
   •	Must be a quick learner with a desire to work in a team-oriented   
   environment
