   Location: Baltimore MD   
   Duration: 12 month assignment with the potential to extend beyond the 12 month   
   duration.   
      
      
   KEY EXP: INVESTMENT COMPLIANCE   
      
   Senior Project Manager (US) to run Investment Compliance TOM project. This is   
   part of the APAC Target Operating Model Program, but the role is based in   
   Baltimore.   
   Functional Stakeholders: Legal, Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Client   
   Operations, Relationship Management, Investment Operations, PMG, Global   
   Trading.   
      
   Summary of project:   
   Design and implement a strategic Investment Compliance organizational   
   structure and associated capabilities that will support an expanding, global   
   business.   
      
   Scope of project:   
   Define and implement a strategic, global Investment Compliance organizational   
   structure, including:   
   Clear scope and assignment of functional responsibilities, including local   
   subject matter experts.   
   Effective policies and procedures that are appropriately implemented at a   
   global / regional / local level.   
   Enhance existing Investment Compliance capabilities, including:   
   Analysis of compliance rules in CRD.   
   Optimization of CRD rules and rule coding processes.   
   Assessment / implementation of available technology solutions to compliment   
   CRD.

   Ability to coach a sponsor who will be new to the role

   Experience in procuring and overseeing third-party consultants / vendors
