   Location: Des Moines, IA   
   Duration- 6 Months   
      
      
   Description:   
   As an Agile Product Owner/Coach, you will have a lead role on an embedded   
   software development team in an Agile culture. In addition, you will:   
   •        Collaborate with various stakeholders including marketing, customer   
   support, and other engineering functions to understand key business objectives.   
   •        Collaborate with systems engineers, software architects to   
   breakdown business needs into software requirements.   
   •        Manage the backlog and road map to balance the needs of multiple   
   stakeholder’s needs.   
   •        Organize and lead agile meetings such as release planning, sprint   
   planning, backlog grooming.   
   •        Plan and prioritize the work for 1-2 software development teams.   
   •        Write and accept user stories with your software team to ensure the   
   software requirements are satisfied.   
   •        Work with multiple scrum teams to manage dependencies.   
   •        Support and drive resolution for issues that arise in testing or   
   production.   
      
   What Skills You Need   
   •        2 or more years of experience relating to product engineering   
   •        1 or more years of demonstrated leadership ability in a development   
   team   
   •        Ability to build relationships in cross-functional team   
      
   Other areas of experience or interest that will help us include:   
   •        Experience in developing or delivering software products   
   •        Thorough understanding of Agile methodology and experience in an   
   Agile team   
   •        Experience with backlog management tools or project management   
   experience   
   •        Negotiation skills   
   •        Experience in Embedded Software development   
   •        Experience in simulation and modeling tools (e.g. MATLAB, Simulink,   
   and Stateflow)   
   •        Experience with CAN J1939 communication protocol
