   What candidates should have in terms of: Knowledge of job, Market knowledge,

   ·         Delivery of the end to end design covering business process,   
   application, data, security, upstream & downstream systems (channel   
   integration web & mobile)  and technology architecture.    
      
   ·         Validation of the functional and non- functional requirements.    
      
   ·         Understand functional requirements & convert them into architecture   
   & high-level design documents clearly depicting the impact on various systems   
   and associated interfaces   
      
   ·         Ensuring that the overall solution is in line with Architecture   
   strategy and standards.   
      
   ·         Defining enterprise blue prints & architecture roadmaps.   
      
   ·         SWIFT Standards: Knowledge of SWIFT architecture, messaging   
   middleware design and ISO 20022 and MT message formats.   
      
   ·         Knowledge of ACH- Fedwire, Zelle P2P, BillPay, Cards networks,   
   schemes CHIPS, Faster Payments, Swift & system solutions.   
      
   ·         Aware of all Inflight Processing including Fraud & Sanction   
   screening of payments transactions.   
      
   ·         Hand on experience in implementing Open API’s, Open Source tools&   
   cloud-based application & solutions.   
      
   ·         Experience on working with all type of devices & Operating systems-   
   Mobile, Tab all sizes.   
      
   ·         Experience with payment Fraud system controls, Cyber Security &   
   Fraud prevention techniques.

   The roles & responsibilities are typical of a Business Analyst position. The   
   focus is mainly on ability to understand business requirements for critical   
   transformational programs in Payments business area and translate them into a   
   technical solution. The    
   role is expected tp identify key risks in the program and communicate the same   
   to the stakeholders.   
      
   -      Conversion of Message Format from Source A to Source B   
      
   -      Must have executed project using the Agile & waterfall mythology   
      
   -      Hands on experience on Volante designer and other mapping tools   
      
   -      Ability to document technical requirement in detail   
      
   -      Hands on experience working with third party tools for process   
   modelling and documentation.
