   It would be good if the Scrum Master has managed a Workday Project   
      
   Coached scrum teams on the adoption of agile theory, practices and rules of   
   using Scrum framework/concepts.   
   Help product and program teams come up with the product/goals/intent   
   definition, involving various end users in the creation of epic and user   
   stories, release/sprint planning.    
   - Conduct daily scrum, sprint retrospectives, constant update of project   
   dashboards and communication of project and team status to stakeholders and   
   help agile teams come up with high level stories and epics estimation.   
   - Identified and implemented agile scrum framework for Customer and B2B   
   Services projects on consumer and Business stack    
   - Facilitated Scrum ceremonies and helped the team in removing day-to-day task   
   impediments.    
   - Assess and evaluate agile team effectiveness by running metrics from data in   
   Rally.   
   - Coached scrum team members to break down user stories to daily tasks   
   effectively and efficiently - Conducted Scrum ceremonies in a geographically   
   distributed environment.   
   - Used Kanban board to track production issues and tasks.   
   - Helped team members to improve code quality by using metrics generated by   
   Sonar.    
   - Consistently recognized by the management team for meeting goals, effective   
   communication using excellent information radiators and improving customer   
   satisfaction Product backlog grooming, retrospective & sprint planning, epic

   - Monitor the progress of release and its deliverables and work with   
   engineering teams, keep leadership apprised of Sprint and Release progress,   
   and identify risks and issues.    
   - Communicate team progress by burn-down & velocity charts, release progress

   - Maintain and Manage Project Issues, Risks, Change controls and decisions in   
   VPMI system   
   - Work with Product Owner managing and prioritizing the product backlog,   
   coaching/mentoring team for sprint planning/backlog; organize, facilitate   
   retrospective, sprint and release planning sessions, attending Product backlog   
   meetings with the product    
   owner.    
   - Project status by generating weekly status reports, and variety of reports   
   and dashboards to the management team and the customer

   Position: Sr. Tableau Developer

   Job Description:   
      
   •Minimum 8 years of development experience in Tableau.   
      
   •Experience working as Data Analyst in a fast paced environment.   
      
   •Must be a self-starter, comfortable dealing with clients; coupled with VERY   
   STRONG communication skills.   
      
   •SQL querying and MS-EXCEL skills will be a value add   
      
   •Strong data warehousing skills.   
      
   •Experience gathering requirements and documentation.   
      
   •Understand concepts of Derivatives, Finance and accounting.   
      
   •Experience writing test cases, testing, able to multi-task, detail oriented   
      
   Define requirements, develop and create documentation.   
      
   Apply best practices to both design and development.   
      
   Evaluate data collection and troubleshoot dashboards appropriately.   
      
   Continuous information gathering and reporting.

    Axiom Developer   
      
   Location: Boston, MA

   Job Description:   
      
   Hands on experience in Axiom Reporting, Strong in understanding Data, Schema   
   and SQL queries.  Prior experience in Regulatory Compliance Reporting
