   §  Participate in the meetings such as Requirements gathering, Defect triage   
   meetings, Daily testing meetings, Retrospection, Demo, UAT session and   
   Production implementations Planning, Warranty effort planning.   
   §  Strong written and oral communication skills   
   §  Must be self-starter and able to work independently as well as part of a
