   Analyst/Project Manager will bring their expertise to bear in guiding the   
   business users through the capability build    
   and managing the project.  Specific responsibilities include managing:

   2.       Issue, risk and decision tracking   
      
   3.       project planning / timeline management   
      
   4.       stakeholder management / change management

   Further, the Capability Business Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible   
   for the development of project documentation including business process maps,   
   business procedure documentation, IT SDLC project documentation, training   
   materials, and    
   communication materials required to evangelize the implementation the
