   You will be an expert in managing Agile-Scrum Projects.   
   Remove all the obstacles coming in the way of the project execution   
   Makes sure that the whole scrum team is following scrum process   
   Help the team to take right decisions such as using the right me   
   hods/technology   
   Mediate in resolving any conflicts which impacts work   
   Acts as a coach of the team and ensures that at end of each sprint goals are   
   met   
   Conducting retrospectives to discuss what was successful in the project, what   
   can be improved and how to make future work more successful.   
   Play the role of Scrum master ensuring end to end completion of a feature.   
   Support Product Owner to define User stories for a large program   
       
      
       
      
    Qualifications   
      
   •          Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an   
   accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive   
   experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.   
      
   •          At least10 years of experience with Information technology   
      
   •          At least 3 years of experience in managing Agile -Scrum projects   
   as a Scrum Master   
      
   •          Strong Analytical and Communication skills   
      
   •          Strong leadership and people management skills   
      
   •          The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems   
      
   •          Strong Customer focus   
      
   •          Have strong technical focus   
      
   •          Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence   
      
   •          Experience withproject management   
      
   •          Experience in writing user stories and product grooming   
      
   •          Good to Have Skills - Logistics & Transportation Skills are   
   desirable, CSM certification will be helpful.
