   •	Help the team to take right decisions such as using the right

   •	Mediate in resolving any conflicts which impacts work   
   •	Acts as a coach of the team and ensures that at end of each sprint goals   
   are met   
   •	Conducting retrospectives to discuss what was successful in the project,   
   what can be improved and how to make future work more successful.   
   •	Play the role of Scrum master ensuring end to end completion of a feature.   
   •	Support Product Owner to define User stories for a large program
