   1. Good Communication skills (verbal and written).   
      
   2.Should be willing to work in night shifts.   
      
   3.Should have a very good experience in Accounts Receivable, Insurance Calling   
   and complete RCM processes like Payments, Credit balances, EOB and   
   Correspondence review and written off to collections.   
      
   4.Very good understanding of Days in AR, Ageing greater than 120 days and   
   written off to collections process.   
      
   5.Periodically review team’s performance and chalk out plan to meet the   
   needs of the client.   
      
   6.Responsible for interacting with clients on an on-going basis.   
      
   7. Should be well experienced in preparing reports, identifying trends and   
   patterns, work allocation, team handling and client interaction.   
      
   8.Should have strong leadership skills
