   Understanding of production support (onsite/offshore) model   
      
   Experience in working with 3rd party vendors   
      
   Experience gathering, refining and validating complex business requirements,   
   interdependencies, potential risks and issues   
      
   Able to lead and coordinate between the Client and offshore teams   
      
   Able to perform multi-tasking handling Support and Projects at the same time   
      
   Able to address critical issues and provide quick solutions to the client to   
   ensure uninterrupted running of business   
      
   Experience in various end-to-end project execution phases such as Design   
   Analysis, Blueprinting, Configuration, Prototyping, Testing, Training, Cutover   
   etc.
