   ·        Experienced in leading the QA team and responsible for all client   
   deliverables    
      
   ·        Experienced in interacting with different stake holders for   
   requirements gathering   
      
   ·        Sound knowledge in delivering projects using best practices and   
   Testing Methodologies.   
      
   ·        Good understanding of Project Life Cycle & Testing Life Cycle   
      
   ·        Proficient with Waterfall, Agile and Scrum iterative methodologies.   
      
   ·        Strong experience in Functional, Regression and User Acceptance   
   Testing   
      
   ·        Conversant in analyzing test results and Defect management.   
      
   ·        Expert in writing SQL (Structured Query Language) Queries, and DB   
   testing.   
      
   ·        Experienced working on the Rational tools like RQM, RTC , JIRA for   
   test management needs   
      
   ·        Positive attitude and good team leading, motivating & servant –   
   leadership qualities   
      
   ·        Experience in functional automation testing tool will be an added   
   advantage. Such as RFT , Tosca or UFT.   
      
   ·        Highly motivated and adaptive with the ability to grasp things   
   quickly and possesses excellent interpersonal, technical and communication   
   skills.
