   Key Responsibilities / Role:   
      
       
      
   Duties include, but are not limited to:   
      
       
      
   ✓       Handling Oracle Products Installation and configuration   
      
       
      
   ✓       Handling Oracle Products Upgrades and Enhancements   
      
       
      
   ✓       Handling Oracle appliances (Exadata/ODA), Heterogeneous replication   
   using Goldengate   
      
       
      
   ✓       Handling Application Setup, Enhancements and Deployments   
      
       
      
   ✓       Handling Risk Management and DR Setup   
      
       
      
   ✓       Knowledge in setting daily backups (RMAN, external tools) and   
   setting replication   
      
       
      
   ✓       Troubleshooting daily batch/app job performances and provide   
   solutions   
      
       
      
   ✓       Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions in DB   
   Environment   
      
       
      
   ✓       Working with application developers to fully utilize built in   
   product functionality   
      
       
      
   ✓       Very good knowledge of UNIX environments and commands   
      
       
      
   ✓       Implement continuous operational, product and service improvements,   
   project deliverables   
      
       
      
   ✓       Knowledge Management - Create and maintain Production Documentation   
   (Run Book, KI, etc.)   
      
       
      
   Skills:   
      
       
      
   ✓       Should have good experience in Unix/Linux platforms and Shell   
   scripting   
      
       
      
   ✓       Should have extensive experience in Database products (Oracle   
   10,11,12)   
      
       
      
   ✓       DB Performance management & Troubleshooting   
      
       
      
   ✓       Knowledge in RAC/ASM, Grid Control Management   
      
       
      
   ✓       Good to have knowledge on Application Monitoring tools (AppDynamics,   
   OEM & Splunk)   
      
       
      
   ✓       Ability to work with, manage and negotiate with Clients, Business   
   Partners, Vendors, and Third-party Support Providers   
      
       
      
   ✓       Should possess Problem Solving mindset   
      
       
      
   ✓       Knowledge of ServiceNow, Serena RLC/SDA is a plus   
      
       
      
   ✓       Should possess good communication and soft skills to engage business   
   stakeholders   
      
       
      
   ✓       Good understanding of ITIL processes and Production support   
   experience   
      
       
      
   ✓       Good understanding of ITIL, Banking domain and application   
   development - Desirable
