   o    Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a Clinical Research Organization   
   and/or Pharmaceutical company   
      
   o    Experience and deep knowledge on Clinical R&D Domain   
      
   o    Working experience on Scrum methodology with understanding of Agile   
   principals is must   
      
   o    Understanding of various business groups and their functions tied to   
   clinical drug development   
      
   o    Working experience on clinical trial investigator payment, budget, grants   
   will be plus   
      
   o    Experience and working knowledge on Business process re-engineering skill   
   (business process analysis)   
      
   o    Ability to understand large complex processes with a focus on continuous   
   improvement    
      
   o    Responsible to work with stakeholders on solicitation on requirements and   
   thoroughly document     
      
   o    Knowledge and experience on creating use cases/user stories and mockup   
   screens   
      
   o    Responsible to work with and support onsite and offshore design and   
   development team to provide clarification related to requirements, logic, data   
   model, etc.   
      
   o    Good understanding of GxP applications and implementation   
      
   o    Knowledge of SDLC process and required documentation   
      
   o    Strong technical writing skills and analytical skills    
      
   Strong networking abilities and an ability/willingness to work with   
   individuals globally
