   ·        7+ years of Java Developer   
      
   ·        Provide production support for multiple Java and JRE based   
   applications   
      
   ·        Taking complete ownership of the certain application and is   
   responsible for everything happening within that application Manage day to day   
   Incident management, service requests and enhancements/ projects along with   
   our AMS team   
      
   ·        Leading the offshore team in his/ her area related to incident   
   management and service requests including instructing, assigning, directing   
   and checking their work   
      
   ·         Coordination with different stakeholders involved in the project   
   including interacting with business users   
      
   ·        understanding the need for business users by working at Customer   
   location   
      
   ·        Working on P1 / P2 incidents   
      
   ·        Tracking P3 / P4 incidents with offshore team   
      
   ·        Working on Application Enhancement   
      
   ·         Keeping project documents/technical documents updated and approved
