   § Must have executed project in the Specialty Pharma Business

   § Knowledge of SFDC Service cloud is a plus   
      
       
      
   § Good knowledge in Salesforce (SFDC)   
      
       
      
   § Demonstrated CRM experience within one or more industries   
      
       
      
   § Works independently to test Salesforce configuration workflows, test case   
   development, performance and load testing, End to End testing, and
