   SAS Certified Platform Administrator   
       
   Work Description:   
   The SAS Certified Platform Administrator responsibilities include evaluating   
   the current BioSense Platform (AWS cloud) environment and analytical   
   processing demands (SAS and R software services), ongoing technical/end user   
   support and the proven ability     
   to develop and implement upgrades and new installations of the SAS system to   
   include implementation additional compute, midtier servers and possibly SAS   
   Viya or SAS Grid.  Perform continued assessment/evaluation processes for   
   optimization of the BioSense    
   Platform SAS system, monitor and produce SAS utilization reports to meet   
   customer reporting requests.   
       
   The Certified SAS Platform Administrator will be responsible for evaluating,   
   installing, administering and maintaining SAS services running on the Linux   
   RedHat OS in the BioSense Platform cloud environment, shall have the ability   
   to perform the following    
   functions:   
       
   User administration tasks to include user setup and configuration with an   
   active directory integration   
   Experience implementing SAS server solutions, performing system upgrades,   
   patches, monitoring and optimizing SAS performance   
   Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 end user technical support   
   Evaluating system performance and reporting on analytic systems and user   
   metrics   
   Developing remediation or implementation proposals and plans   
   Securing the SAS configuration on each server machine   
   Monitoring, Logging, and Troubleshooting SAS Servers   
   Produce and deliver reports on SAS system usage and utilization    
   Documenting analytic software services and processes   
   Operate as the RStudio Pro Server administrator and provide Tier 2 support for   
   RStudio Pro Server.   
       
   Required Skills :   
   SAS Administrator with Linux expereince is required   
   Must have a SAS Certification for a minimum of 3 years   
       
   Must Have   
   SAS System Administration Certification – minimum of 3 years
