   Title: Project Manager - ServiceNow   
      
   Duration: 1+ years Contract   
      
   Experience:6 + years   
      
   Location: Scottsdale, AZ   
      
   MUST: Experience with implementing and configuring ServiceNow.   
      
       
      
   Roles and Responsibilities as a Project Manager (ServiceNow)   
      
       
      
   ·       Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating projects from   
   initiation to implementation   
      
   ·       Develop a high level of project plans, Identify and track key project   
   milestones, maintain and ensure that all milestones are met   
      
   ·       Engage Business/Product Owners to ensure requirements are accurate,   
   release timelines are aligned and UAT is done appropriately and in timely   
   manner   
      
   ·       Work with business to make sure best practices are followed and tools   
   used for Leadership reporting   
      
   ·       Engage interfacing teams as required, Work with them to make sure   
   projects are delivered successfully   
      
   ·       Drive Agile Ceremonies, Manage Jira tool, ensure stories are created   
   and updated regularly, the backlog is prioritized, sprints are created using   
   regular cadence   
      
   ·       Manage Project communication to Leadership and also to the team   
      
   ·       Manage Requirement Gathering, release schedule, and document as   
   required   
      
   ·       Manage Financials and Ensure timely/effective communication of cost,   
   forecast, schedule, and risk/issues to stakeholders to make sure that delivery   
   is not compromised.   
      
   ·       Manage and follow standard processes/guidelines and best practices   
   for the project   
      
   ·       Oversee quality, Dev/QA testing activities and ensure appropriate   
   resources across the project are engaged with timely completion   
      
   ·       Facilitate Retrospectives /post-implementation review and ensure that   
   lessons learned are carried forward appropriately   
      
   ·       Track dependencies/Risks/Issues and ensure followed-up and mitigated   
   at the right time   
      
   ·       Coach the team for best Agile practices, make sure they are doing   
   continuous improvement, knowledge sharing/transfers as appropriate and learn   
   new functionality.   
      
   ·       Empower the team so they can make right decisions as required and   
   become independent   
      
   ·       One on ones with teams/Performance appraisals   
      
   ·       Ensure that onsite/offshore coordination is smooth, oversee daily   
   tasks while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established   
   milestones   
      
   ·       Project Documentation like Charter and Release plan   
      
   ·       Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and   
   address any questions or challenges regarding projects   
      
   ·       Ensure the best possible technical solution is used while designing   
   and developing
