      From: pramod@confluxsystems.com              Hi              Greeting from Conflux System Inc …!!!              Please find the below urgent requirement and let me know if you have anyone       who is interested in this position              Role: Service Delivery Manager              Location: Auburn Hills, MI              Type: Long Term Contract              Any Visa              Technical PM on different technology knowledge in SAP              Good Communication              Leadership Quality                             Responsibilities              - Oversee the delivery of Information and Communications Technology       (ICT) services related to Application support business and the monitoring and       maintenance of quality, standards, and operability as defined within       negotiated and agreed service        level agreements, service level parameters or contracts              - Conduct negotiation and representation with both external and       internal suppliers/ vendors and users/ clients              - Drive policymaking with respect to a range of matters, including       strategic planning, staff development and rewards, choice of methods and       standards and the marketing and selling of services and products              - Advise and influence business clients and customers at the       management level regarding delivery, costs, availability, and functionality of       services and systems & develop effective partnerships              - Oversee the financial and staffing aspects of operational       management, service delivery and project management as well as a range of       technical considerations              - Set targets, monitor performance and manage the service in an       effective and efficient manner              - Drive design and implementation of solutions for specific processes       related to Application Maintenance and upgrade of existing systems              - Developing strong client relationship                             Job duties              - Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, schedule and       prioritize all project tasks              - Direct and manage all phases of a project lifecycle, ensure quality       of deliverables and services against contracted Service Levels              - Lead a team to deliver the stated project objective. This includes       building a team as per project requirement, instructing, assigning, directing,       and checking the work of team, facilitating their work              - Lead the execution of the standardization track, ensuring that the       Atos/ Atos Syntel operating model is successfully defined and implemented              - Drive completion of project phases, serving as the sole point of       contact for customers              - Assess and review the quality of work on the team and the fit of       team members, making adjustments as necessary including hiring and firing team       members              - Leading and supporting onsite and offshore professionals       responsible for getting services delivered to clients              - Ensuring high motivation level in the team and be creative to make       them more productive              - Ensuring low attrition level in the team              - manage conflict and use creativity to find ways to make the service       better              - Fixing any reliability issues including (but not limited to)       problem management              - Tracking and controlling technical issues, ensuring that service       agreements (KPI/SLA) are met consistently and assisting with contract       renewal              - Meeting customer expectations and analyzing risks in the delivery       value chain              - Managing budgets, forecasting of resource/revenue and timely billing              - Drive business growth with existing and potential new clients              Skillsets              - Proven ability to manage a multi-year mid-size or large AMS       assignment is a must              - Must have detailed hands-on knowledge on ITIL processes – ITIL       certification is preferred but not mandatory              - Team management skills – the experience of managing medium or       large team size              - Experience in managing the onsite-offshore delivery model with       clearly defined SLAs              - Excellent communication skills              - Ability to identify new business opportunities and be able to close       it with client              - Relationship and networking skills              Education/ Experience              - Graduation in Engineering or higher              - 10 + Years in the Information technology industry              - Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects, customers and       full delivery responsibility to the customer              - Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the onsite-offshore model              - Must have a minimum 5 years’ experience handling customers in the       Application support area managing SLAs and KPIs              - Experience managing overall customer P&L including revenue, revenue       growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, team management, and development                              G.
