   The consultant is required to be an expert in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 – Ben   
   Administration module with specific skills outlined below:-   
      
       
      
   Base Benefits/Benefits Administration/ eBenefits   
      
   HR Job Data and Position Management   
      
   Payroll   
      
       
      
   The consultant is expected to provide the following deliverables for each   
   assigned projects:   
      
   ·        Over 7+ years of experience   
      
   ·        Meet with SME contacts and MBUSA Functional Analysts to elicit and   
   document requirements and changes requiring Developer support.   
      
   ·        Perform Benefits Administration configurations according to the   
   specific setups required.   
      
   ·        Work with in-house MBUSA developers to develop interface files to   
   different Vendors.   
      
   ·        Develop and document functional and system testing plans.   
      
   ·        Execute functional and system testing.   
      
   ·        Prepare, manage and coordinate SMEs and stakeholders for User   
   Acceptance process.   
      
   ·        Lead service transition to production and conduct knowledge transfer   
   to MBUSA functional team and end-users.   
      
   ·        Time management will be crucial to ensure that the workload is   
   accomplished in the time allotted. Deadlines are a major consideration,   
   consequently, the consultant should be prepared to plan, develop and update   
   status documents on a regular    
   basis.
