   Job Title: Silverlight – WPF Developer   
      
   Location: Houston, TX - downtown

   Responsibilities   
      
   Convert existing Silverlight web application XAML/C# to HTML/jquery   
   (CSS/JavaScript).   
   Use and modify JavaScript and jQuery plugins to implement dynamic content and   
   features.   
   Troubleshoot coding errors.   
   Work with user to create and enhance HTML templates.   
   Deliver progress updates to team members.   
   Provide estimates on completing tasks per requirements.   
   Able to follow verbal and written directions/communications   
   Highly adaptable   
       
      
   Requirements   
      
   Expert, solid working knowledge and proficiency in hand-writing the following   
   programming languages: C# - Silverlight(XAML), Javascript - JQuery,   
   and HTML/CSS   
      
   Knowledge of Team Foundation Server, check-in and deploy applications.   
   A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session   
   management, and best development practices   
   Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming   
   and web application development   
   Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools   
   Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills   
   Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints   
   of  timelines and budgets with business acumen   
   Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and   
   master diverse web technologies and techniques   
   Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal   
   BS in computer science or a related field
