      From: nomesh.usithr@gmail.com              Hi ,              Hope your doing good              Please check below requirement and let me know are you interested.                                            Client: Cognigent                             Position: Ab Initio Developer                             Location: Fremont, CA                                            Required Experience: 5 Years                                            NO OPT/CPT                                                           The ETL Ab Initio Developer has to work on building the next generation of       global financial data systems to support our clients’ front office, middle       office processes and back office risk, finance, compliance reporting, KYC,       regulatory reporting and        capital markets and banking needs.              Required Skills:       Requirements include a demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast pace       environment, a sense of urgency, organized and detail and task oriented.              Ideal Candidate will possess the following:       5+ years of experience in developing/architecting solutions in financial       sector with knowledge of warehousing technologies and ETL tool Ab Initio.       Proven development experience in Ab Initio GDE with exposure to ACE, Control       Center and Data Profiler.       Expertise and well versed with various Ab Initio Transform, Partition,       Continuous, Departition, Dataset and Database components.       Ability to demonstrate knowledge of several advanced Ab Initio concepts such       as, project architecture, meta-programming, vectors, parallelism, performance       tuning, debugging, and platform integrations .       Ensure Ab Initio code base is appropriately engineered to maintain current       functionality and development adheres to performance optimization,       interoperability standards and requirements, and compliance with client IT       governance policies .       Knowledge of Hadoop Environment would be an added advantage.       Knowledge of banking products related wholesale, retail, capital market is a       plus.       Contribute to the technical design documents, use cases, test cases and user       manuals for various projects .       Conduct bug fixing, code reviews, and unit, functional and integration testing       Excellent analytical and technical skills.       Team Player who is willing to share ideas and accept feedback.              Roles and Responsibilities:       Participate in analysis Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) Architecture design       of large data warehousing system for extract/transform or data conversion from       source systems to the target applications - using AbInitio, Oracle SQL.       Develop ETL jobs for automation, monitoring and responsible for job       performance optimization through the use of ETL development tools or custom       developed procedures. Establish and maintain Production       Business as Usual (BAU) processes for IT.       Review functional requirement specifications with Business and Quality       Analysts to align project objectives.       Perform as App Developer for a set of applications.
